Baiba is the member of Riga Saxophone Quartet and Jelgava bigband since 2013. She has steadily honed her professional skills through participation in different projects and performed with Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonietta Riga, Liepāja Simphony Orchestra, State Choir Latvia and Latvian Radio Choir. At the genre of chamber music Baiba actively performs together with organist Larisa Carjkova since 2016.
In parallel with music she has worked as a saxophone teacher. At the masters study process Baiba is researching the field of music education in Latvia, specifically analysing the working process with children who has disturbance of attention. She is also the marketing manager at the Orchestra RIGA.
